Jason Rae is a partner at Nation Consulting. He specializes in media relations, non-profit management, and local, state, and federal campaigns. He founded, and currently serves as President& CEO for the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, a Nation Consulting client.

Jason regularly speaks to media on behalf of progressive issues and Nation Consulting clients. He has been a member of the Democratic National Committee since 2004, when he became the youngest person ever elected to the DNC. In 2017, he was elected to serve as the Secretary of the DNC. Jason also serves as Chair of the Milwaukee County Human Rights Commission.

Prior to joining Nation Consulting, Rae had served as a public policy intern with People For the American Way and as a political intern with the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund. He has also worked for Herb Kohl for US Senate, among other campaigns.

Jason graduated from Marquette University with an Honors Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and History. He currently lives the historic Bay View neighborhood with his husband Phillip Bailey.
